In this section we will tell you how easy and simple to rent an apartment with us !

 

1. Choose an apartment

Explore the apartments presented on the website and choose the one that suits you the most. We have more than 100 unique apartments in the immediate vicinity of the historic center, and in any district of Minsk. Among this diversity, you will definitely find the option that will suit you in all respects!

 

2. Make a request

To leave a reservation, open the page of the apartment you like and select the option "BOOK" (a noticeable yellow button next to the prices for renting an apartment).

 

3. Wait for confirmation

We try to respond to customer requests within 15 minutes, but sometimes it may take more time. Please do not worry! We have not forgotten you. Most likely at the moment we are preparing apartments for the arrival of guests, so we have not yet seen the new letter :) But we will definitely answer you!

 

4. Check in!

After confirmation from our side that the apartment is available, we will discuss with you all the details
reservation. On the day of settlement we will meet with you, show you the apartment, and also show you what
attractions are close by and how to get to them - in general, you will get answers to all questions you are interested in!

Upon arrival, we will enter into a lease agreement, and you will need to pay the required amount for renting an apartment.

 

5. Rest!

Please note that during holidays or in other situations when demand is increased, the price is different from the standard one and when booking, we will ask you to pay in advance.

This is necessary to guarantee the reservation. In case of cancellation of booking during holidays / high demand dates, as well as late cancellation (less than 7 days before arrival) - strict cancellation rules apply and the prepayment is not refundable.
